Why is my development not listed at the top of a search?

All Developments are listed in order of the date uploaded onto Property24. According to their terms of agreement we cannot re-load a live listing in order for it to appear at the top of the developments list.

If P24 allowed the removal and adding to have an effect on the position then all 400 or so companies who list through us would spend their time bringing the listing down and up again and it would literally mean that last to change a sentence or image would be the top one.

This is considered "gaming the system" by P24 which we are contractually obliged not to do.
